Accomplishments – Reconfigured documented history of organization from paper to digital in 6 months.  Called back by senior management to help shut down operations of the hospital in April of 2009

  • Responsible for coordination and oversight of the Medical Staff Organization, a not for profit 5013c, including physician and allied health credentialing and re-credentialing, meeting management, flow of information from medical staff committees through the Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Board.

  • Database Manager – Migrated database from GiftmakerPro to Raiser’s Edge
  • Developed and implemented the program level document management plan, including the support infrastructure. Managed architecture, developing, testing, and implementing of an all encompassing ISP accounting, inventory management, sales, reservation and customer management software application (REZSTREAM) Through innovative scheduling and resource management the project was completed within a tight timeline and under budget.
  • Principle Writer for procedure manual for company’s specific configuration of REZStream.  Now used as standard manual.

Accomplishments – Established the first of its kind World Wide WITNESS Street Team:  Communications/PR initiative connecting volunteers and interns of all ages around the world via website in order to raise awareness about the organization, events and video launches.

  • Fund Raising Specialty – In kind and corporate giving; $20,000.00 within the first six months.
  • Construction project management of build-out on two floors in new location, supervising subcontractors from various trades including HVAC, construction, IT and telephony technicians;
